Sevalal Maharaj

15 February 1739 birth; 15 June 1773 death. Sevalal is the primary religious figure of the Banjara (Lambadi) community — the semi-nomadic community of ~15 million people across India. His principal samadhi is at Pohradevi-Banjara Rashan in Maharashtra. His birthday is now celebrated as a national festival.
