Hindu / Shakta - Ujjain, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh (23.1793°N, 75.7849°E) Harsiddhi Mātā of Ujjain was the iṣṭa-devī of the 1st-c. BCE king Vikramāditya. One of the 51 Shakti Pīṭhas (elbow of Sati fell here). The shrine displays a pair of 15-ft stone lamp-columns (dīpa-stambha) — one of the largest brass-lamp-displays on Mahāśivarātri. The goddess is depicted dark-red in colour.
