Mhalsa (Konkan form)
Mhaḷsā of Mardol (Goa) is one of the great Konkan goddesses — a form of Pārvatī married to Ravāḷanātha/Khandobā. The temple is a classic example of post-Portuguese Konkani temple architecture (the deity was smuggled from her original location to escape Portuguese iconoclasm).
