Rogka is the creator-god of the Mishmi tribes (Idu-Mishmi, Digaru, Miju). At Parshuram Kund — where Paraśurāma is said to have washed his axe free of matricide — Mishmi indigenous and Hindu-Bhakta pilgrimages converge each Makar Sankranti.
