Sikh - Location: Bathinda (Talwandi Sabo), Bathinda, Punjab (29.9833°N, 74.9667°E) Takht Damdamā Sāhib at Talwandi Sabo — 5th and last of the 5 Sikh Takhts. Here Gurū Gobind Singh, after the Battle of Muktsar (1706), rested for 9 months and compiled the final version of the Gurū Granth Sāhib (Damdamā Sahib Bīr). The Guru declared Damdamā Sāhib to be his Gurū-kī-Kāshī (Sikh Varanasi). Annual Vaisākhī festival (April 13) draws 100,000+ Sikhs.
