Ṣābir Pāk Kāliyarī (died 1291 CE) — nephew and successor of Baba Farid. His dargah at Pīrān Kāliyar, 7 km from Roorkee, is one of the most-visited Sufi shrines of North India. The annual Urs draws ~5 lakh pilgrims including Hindu devotees. The saint's name "Ṣābir" (patient one) derives from his legendary patience — he sat meditating for 12 years without food.
